Donor Slide Show Photo Submission Guidelines

Submission Deadline:

• All photos must be submitted by March 14, 2025.

Name Display:

• Specify how you would like your loved one’s name to appear on their name slide (e.g., first name only, nickname, or full name). This slide will appear before their photos.

Photo Guidelines:

• Each loved one may be honored with up to 3 photos. If multiple family members are submitting, please ensure the total number of photos for your loved one does not exceed this limit.
• Photos may feature your loved one alone or with family, friends, or pets.
• If you prefer the photos displayed in a specific order, please indicate this in your email.
• Collage photos are not accepted as they do not display well on the large screen.
• Photos should be in JPEG format and high-resolution for the best display quality.

Text Restrictions:

• We are unable to include additional text or descriptions on the photo slides.

Photo Submission:

• Submit photos to kalvarado@arizona.edu.
• Use the subject line: "Slide Show Photo Submission – [Loved One’s Name]".
• You will receive a confirmation email within 72 hours. If you do not receive it, please call the office at 520-626-6083.

The closest major intersection is Speedway Blvd. and Campbell Ave.

PARKING
Proximal parking and reserved spaces for guests with disabilities is available in Lot 2012, west adjacent to the HSIB. The parking lot is located at the intersection of Cherry Ave. and Mabel St.

ENTERING THE BUILDING
The building has two main entrances, on the west and east sides. Signs and staff will guide you into the building.
