Report a Death
The Willed Body Program is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to receive death notifications, including weekends and holidays.
To report the death of an enrolled donor following the pronouncement of death, please call (520) 626-6083.
If your call is not answered, please follow the recorded instructions to reach the on-call staff member.
Office Hours
Monday - Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Saturday - Sunday: Closed
Office hours do not affect our 24/7 availability to receive death notifications.
